Overview

We teamed up with Adidas Football, Homeground, 24 Productions, and Stink Films to create a high-energy ode to Manchester youth culture for Manchester United.

To celebrate the launch of the 21/22 Away Kit, a jersey deeply rooted in the iconic '92 'snowflake' design, we directed and produced a film that bridges the gap between heritage and the modern street. Narrated by the legendary "Bard of Salford," John Cooper Clarke, the piece is a fast-paced audio-visual narrative design that captures the soul of the city.

We pushed the boundaries of mixed media for this campaign, blending live-action footage of the players with gritty, lo-fi textures, 2D graphic overlays, and rhythmic editing. By treating each frame as a piece of sportswear branding, we ensured the film felt as legendary as the club itself. From the initial concepting to the final cut, our goal was to create an immersive look at the next generation of United fans, fueled by Manchester’s unmistakable North-West energy.
