    Sales/ New Business Rep

    Period: Freelance -PT / Long contract available.

    Location: Hybrid Remote/In Person for Golden Wolf London

    Golden Wolf is currently looking for a skilled and motivated freelance Sales/New Business Representative to join the team. In this role, you will support Golden Wolf and its brand partners by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's services. The Sales/New Business Representative will also be expected to create and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and maximise the company's growth potential. 

    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management:

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

      • Cultivate new relationships with potential clients through various channels.

      • Conduct sales meetings with agencies and clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.

      • Guide and support the development of pitch decks and credentials.

    • Sales and Business Development:

      • Generate and track leads through networking events and industry connections.

      • Attend industry events and represent the company, showcasing our work and capabilities.

      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.

    • Presentation and Communication:

      Requirements:

      • Present portfolios and projects to clients with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm.

      • Communicate effectively both internally and externally, including timely responses to emails and follow-ups.

      • Participate in awards entries strategy and submissions.

      • Team Collaboration:

        • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and project objectives.

        • Develop quarterly reports and conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to review progress, set goals, and provide updates.

      • Experience:

        • Minimum 3-5 years prior experience in a client-facing or sales role.

        • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.

        • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar digital platforms is a plus.

        • Must hold the right to work in the UK. 

      • Skills:

        • Strong analytical and research skills to identify trends and opportunities.

        • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

        • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. 

        • Ability to operate independently while also being a proactive team player.

        • Organised and self-motivated with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at any given time.

        • Be a collaborative and dynamic team player who can work with many different types of personalities.

        • High energy, drive, and a sense of humour with a pragmatic outlook.
