An over-the-top and absolutely epic salute to the unassuming hero of the condiment game: JIF peanut butter.Working with our pals at BBH, we set out to create a commercial that transforms peanut butter from a humble pantry staple into an epic, cinematic masterpiece. With Take Your Medicine on audio, re-scoring the lyrics of symphony opera "O Fortuna" into an ode to JIF itself, we paired the drama of Italian opera with hyper-stylised, ultra-saturated shots of peanut butter - every swirl and crunch elevated to blockbuster status. The film moves in lockstep with the score, cutting one layer deeper into JIF's world with every lyrical repetition. With some wild camera moves and big, bold typographic flourishes, we pulled out all the stops for maximum peanut butter glory.
